Lake Sammamish, Seattle is a major recreational area with
easy water access and all sorts of water sports. Lake Sammamish offers
some apartments and condominiums on the lake. Lake Sammamish homes are
newer than those on Lake Washington, but the prices are just about as
high. Lake Sammamish is close to winter snow skiing at Snoqualmie Pass
ski areas.
