Federal Way is located 25 miles south of Seattle. Federal
Way is a very suburban area with single family residences and large
apartment and condominium complexes. Some homes border small lakes,
others border Puget Sound. Federal Way is home to the Weyerhauser Corporation,
one of the nation's largest wood product firms.
